Walk from your hotel to Jordan MTR Station to take subway Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, where transfer to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay. There you can easily transfer to Disney Resort line to your attraction directly. For the back journey, you can use the same way, cause the MTR operates till around 00:30.
