What are the price differences between Guangzhou Shahe and Baima for women's clothing?

I am planning a trip to GZ city in October to buy bulk women's clothing and send to Japan.
I am looking for some advice on:

Shipping from GZ to Osaka, Japan.

Which markets for women's clothing?

If I spend 10RMB per unit, what kind of quality will the clothing be?

Clothing price at Baima is much higher than Shahe, so Shahe Clothing Wholesale is very popular among the foreign wholesale traders. There you can find all style of clothes, including for womens. Besides, if you are interested in, go to local Shisanhang Market, where there are more fashion clothing for girls and ladies.

If you spend CNY10 per unite or piece, it geneally is sold in the price of CNY30-40, with so-so quality.
