how much will be a double room rent for a cheap hotel near to baima market in guangzhou? which market to visit for fashion accessories ?

i know only english language so will it create problem there in GZ or people can understand english easily?

It may cost at least CNY120-160 for a double room in a budget hotel near Baima, where you may find the accessories. Besides, u can go and find more at Yide Road near Haizhu Plaza/Square.

Don't worry! The language barrier will not stuck you much. There are many people there being able to speak English. If you hve any problem, ask people around.
