i will be staying at guangyuandong road during my visit to guangzhou for 3 phase of canton fair.

I did not find the Indian restaurants near the guangyuandong Road, but I know a pretty good one at No. 165, Taojin Road. That restaurant is called Taste of India and the restaurant is about 3.5km from your hotel.
To reach Guangyuandong Road, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach its terminal at Civial Aviation Ticket Office near the local railway station. Then you can take a the subway line 5 to reach Taojin Station and then take a taxi to reach your hotel. In this way, the expense may be low.
To reach Baima Market, you can take a taxi to reach Taojin Station and then use the metro line 5 to reach the Railway Station. Get out of the station, you can walk to reach the Baima market.
