Can I buy Train Ticket through this website with my credit card for another one?

Hi. I want to book some tickets for someone else through this website. Can I buy with my own credit card? Or they should show the credit card in time of departure?

it is ok to book the tickets for them with your credit card, but you have to provide their passport information as China applies a real-name system or something like that. the ticket carries passenger's passport information.
they don't need to show the credit card.
i remember this site accepts payment through paypal.
