Requirements for US Citizen living in Munich to renew Visa for business trip...

I am a US Citizen with a residence permit to work for 18 more months in Munich. I need to quickly get a new one to travel to Shanghai on October 8th. I have had many before.

Is it possible to get a rush service and which forms to I need to fill out to complete this process?
