ReplyIt is hard to tell the exact day. But according to my experience, the universities usually starts a new semester at around Lantern Festival. In 2014, the Lantern Festival is at around Feb. 14, so many universities will start around that time.
If you just want to visit some universities, the campus will open the whole year around, so you can go there any time you want.00Reply
