About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

HONgkong Visa for Nepalese citizen holding Australian Permanent Resident

HI, I am a Nepaleses citizen and an Australian Permanent Resident holder, I want to go to Hongkong for a week as a holiday for that do I need to take it in Australia or I can get one on arrival at HOngkong Airpot??
