Which train w/ Luggae from Bejing to Zhenghou

We are traveling from Bejing to Zhenghou in November and I am trying to determine which train we need/can take based on the luggage rules. 2 Adults 3 children 11 and younger each will have 1 carry on and 1 medium sized suitcase no more than 20kg per suitcase. Would the T15 be a good choice? Thank you
