Which cities in China can apply to the 72 hours transit exempt China visa policy?

Only Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu apply to the 72 hour free transit. If you visit other cities for more than 24 hours, you have to apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
