renewing crew member c visa

Question

Hello. I am a Flight Att. with United Airlines. I need to 'renew' my Chinese Crew Member C . My questions are.....Can I arrive to the Consulate in the morning, and have it expedited for the same day issuance? These are the forms I have through the Company and want to make sure this is correct.....Signed letter from the company of my employment, and asking for the expedited issuance.....Completed Application Form for entry into Mainland PRC ....Passport Photo.....Company ID Badge..........Photo Copy of Company ID Badge(front and back).........Photo Copy of Current Passport........ Hi, as I heard rush service has been suspended, but you can have a try when you lodge your application to the Chinese Consulates General. A letter of guarantee issued by your transport company is ok for application.
