What means Null? Tracking number is RB375097023CN.

Hello

Same problem here. More than a month ago i paid a product, but still nothing is received. The status is also NULL. Location PEK. What would all this mean? Help please!

Hi, NULL means that your item was in the status of "Delivery to Airport" and the airport here is Beijing Capital Airport (PEK). I tracked for you and the infor online still does not change. Sorry for that.
