About:China Embassy in Thailand

can get 6 months M visa with one entry?

I have been many times in PRC and my last visa was 3 months F type.

Well, you can apply for that but no one can guarantee that you will acquire it successfully. It's the consular officers who have the final say. They decide which type you get and how long you will be allowed to stay in the PRC.
