About:Taiwan Weather

Hi, will it rain heavily at the northern part of Taiwan on 10th dec to 17th dec 2013?

Should I plan southern tour or northern tour for Taiwan in dec?

It may rain a lot in north part of the island. If you can change your plan, the southern part is suggested.
