From your hotel, you can walk to reach Mong Kok Station in about 10 minutes. From Mong Kok Station, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central Station. Get out of the station from Exit J2 and the follow the direction boards to reach the Garden Road to find the Peak Tram Station, which you can take it to reach the Peak.
For Ocean Park, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Admiralty Station. Get out of the station, you can find the bus Lin 629 to take you to reach the Ocean Park directly.
To Disneyland, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central Station. Then you can walk to reach Hong Kong Station. There you can take the Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station and then change to Disneyland Resort Line to reach your destination.

The airport express cannot take you to reach your hotel directly. To reach your hotel, you can take the airport express first to reach Kowloon Station and then change to take K5 to reach your hotel.
