I been having bad luck with love since 2012 and now I'm with someone who completes me emotionally I feel like its turning for the worst will this change and I was up for a promotion at work but I think I failed the test will I have another opportunity?

Be more tolerant and patient to your partner and your relationship will get better soon. If possible, traveling abroad with your love, which would well amend your relationship. As for your career, the fortune may be back in the next year. Just be more hardworking from now on and you will have another chance sooner or later.
