About:Shaolin Temple

I am in Kaifeng temporarily and want to head to Shaolin Temple during the 10/1 break. What's the best way to head there?

Should I try to stay overnight in the area? Thanks!

It is suggested to take the bus from Kaifeng to reach Zhengzhou first. From Zhengzhou Central Bus Station, you can find direct buses for Shaolin Temple.
If time is possible, you can stay one night on the mountain.
