About:Visa Policy of China

Can i still get a VISA for this?

Hello..im planning to visit as tourist in Beijing this January 2014 but my ARC is valid until March 31 2014 only.

I guess you are in South Korea, right? If your ARC card is less than six months, you can not apply it successfully in South Korea. You may fly to Japan and apply one from there.
