First & Last LRL from Chongqing Airport

We'll be landed at around 10 p.m. When is the first & last LRL to depart from this Airport? Aso, whick LRL station in nearest to Yangguang Heping Hotel? Thank you.

I think you may mean the local Light Rail, right?
If so, the last light rail from the airport is around 22:29 and the first train is at around 06:36.
The closest light rail station is called Shiqiaopu Station of subway line 1.
