Can you please tell me what types of transportation is available at that time and how long   it will take to arrive at this Hotel.      Thank-you

If you are referring to the Haiyatt Garden Hotel in Chang'an, there are still cross-border coaches to Yantian of DG after 20:30 till 23:30. But it is around 50km from your hotel then. If by taxi, it will be very costly. Therefore, you'd better stay near the airport for a night and head for your destination in the next morning.
