About:Getting to Dongguan

I am arriving at 20:30 at Hong Kong Airport going to Dongguan, staying at the Haiyatt Garden Hotel

Can you please tell me what types of transportation is available at that time and how long
it will take to arrive at this Hotel.

If you are referring to the Haiyatt Garden Hotel in Chang'an, there are still cross-border coaches to Yantian of DG after 20:30 till 23:30. But it is around 50km from your hotel then. If by taxi, it will be very costly. Therefore, you'd better stay near the airport for a night and head for your destination in the next morning.
