About:FAQ on China Postal Service

I ordered something from china on Aug,24th and my info says NULL FOC? What does this mean?

When trying to contact the person I purchased from they are not replying to my messages. Will my package ever get here?

Hi, FOC refers to Fuzhou Airport and NULL means that your package was delivered to the airport. May I know your tracking number? Then I can track the latest information for you.
