trying to receive packages via china post they have been in their post office for 7 days

Question

Both of my packages are currently in collection which I understand to mean they have been received by the post office, but they have not moved since.  Why do they just sit there for several days? RB769160916CN and RB802316804CN

The first still shows the statue of Collection and the information may change within 3 days. Keep an eye on it!The second was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport on Sep. 20 for customs check, after which it will be posted oveseas for transfer. Good news for you~~
