About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Can I apply Chinese travel doc for my son in San Diego?

My son will be born in early next month in San Diego. I am a Chinese and my husband is an Australian. I need to apply Chinese travl doc for my son before I can bring him back to China. Should I have to go to LA embassy to submit the application form?

Yes, I think you should apply for it from the LA consulate.
