About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

How will he go about getting his visit visa?

My friend is a PR (but a Filipino citizen) in Canada but we will meet in Beijing.

I think he has to apply for a L type one before he goes to PRC. He actually can consult with the CVASC in Canada.
