For Xishan, do refer to the West Hill scenic spot?
If so, from the Xishan attraction, you can take the public bus C11 to reach local West Bus Station and then change to take a taxi to reach East Bus Station where you can find direct buses to reach the Stone Forest.0

No Xi Shan is actually a district on the west side of KM, but it is still in town.0

If so, what is your exact place? If you can tell me your exact place, I may tell you more detail information.
Generally speaking, from the Xishan Goverment Bus Station, you can take the bus line 62 to reach Dongzhan Station and then walk to reach the East Bus Station to take the direct bus for Stone Forest.0
