What is the start up price for a taxi in Changzhou? How much is a loaf of white bread?

The fare is 9RMB for the first 3km.
For the price of white bread, generally, the price is around 10RMB.

Hi Mary,
We have spent 2weeks in Changzshou attending a wedding.taxis are plentiful and cheap.the drivers are very friendly.we also used the bus which are all I yuan one sixth of an Australian dollar.we found everyone helpful even though we had no chinese .
