Yes, there is. You can ask a Chinese friend or local tour guide to arrange that for you. Besides, you can easily find a hostel in or around the town.

Sunny days will be the majority in Dec. and the temperature shall range from 0C to 16C. Take along long-john, thin sweater and overcoat.
