Is it possible to travel in Qinghai in October? I am wondering if the weather presents any problems

Yes, it is possible. However, according to the latest weather forecast, it would be a little cold then, with the average temperature of 10C and the lowest falling to almost 0C. Sweater and oen or two pieces of winter jackets can be taken along.1
