RB771880426CN - NO UPDATE ON TRACKING

hi please help me find my parcel, it has been far too long and im not getting nay answer from seller!!

Hi, I can just track it was in Guangzhou on Sep. 1, since when there is no updating online. Just wait for another one week and find your package at your local post office. If it would not arrive then, call 11185 to consult China Post.
