Minimum Salary in Guangzhou

Hi, I am getting offers from Automotive companies in GZ , could you please advise me on what should be the minimum salary & other benefits that I should negotiate for.

Do I need to pay taxes?

the minimum salary is RMB1550,and you can get many kinds of allowance,so the final salary will be much more than 1550.and different job ,the salary is different.
