package ordered on july 31st RB610586405CN still is not here. it has said NULL PVG for weeks now

The latest information I find is that on Aug. 22, it was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport for customs check. You may wait for one to two more weeks and it will come to you. If not, go to your local post office to consult.0
