About:China Customs Declaration

Can I take vitamins ( vit D, omega 3, glucosamine, )

I put them into a weekly daily dosage container. Can I bring this into China without the original bottles? Going on a tour for a week Thank you.

You can take them in for self use, but it is most recommended to take the original bottles.
