Hi, is Shanghai Happy valley is open nowadays, I heard that its shout down due to some construction

Hi its Sep 2013, and I heard that Shanghai Happy valley is closed nowdays. Can some one confirm please.

As I know, no official information tells that the valley is closed nowdays. You can still go there to have funny.
