About:Shanghai Weather in September

Do women in Shanghai wear open-toe sandals, such as flip-flops around the city, at the market etc in Sep?

I will be there Sept 11 - 20. Thanks

The average temperature at that time is around 25 to 30C, so you can still wear the sandals and other summer clothes.
