There is no direct long distance bus from Wuchang to SH. The long-distance buses from WH to SH leaves from Jinjiadun Bus Station, which is located in Hankou area. The bus takes around 12 hours.
From Wuchang to SH, there are bullet trains, so it is suggested to take it. The bullet trains take about six hours to six and half hours.
