hi..! I planning on 21dec 2013 to Harbin city. What the weaher & is there any muslin food ..?

ReplyThe average temperature is around -25 to -20C and most of days will snow.
There many muslim restaurants in the city. I know one at No. 243, Taigu Street, Daowai District.10Reply
