can any on tell me what is train number and fair from hongkong airport to mong kok at evening 8:00pm

For the train, do you mean the local MTR?
If so, you need to take the airport express to reach Tsing Yi Station where you can change to Tung Chung Line to reach Lai King Station. Then change to line Tsuen Wan Line to reach Mong Kok directly.0
