About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

My flight is early in the morning at 8m and assumed need to check-in by 6am, is hong kong airport shuttle bus available?

Yes, the shuttle bus will be available. As I know, there are overnight buses that would end service around 05:30, so you can catch that.
