About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

china residence permit close to expiry

my residence permit expired on 17th October. But only can re-new exactly 30 days before it which is 17th September. I'm leaving China on 16th September and coming back again on 12th October, which means i come back 5 days before the expiry. Will there be any problem at immigration when I come in on 12th October? I plan to re-new it 14th October once I reach my company.

You are suggested to do this before leaving because the processing may take about 15 working days from application date. So, it is far not enough if you apply on 12th October.

but I'm leaving China on 14th September which is >1 month before expiry...do you think immigration side will give me problem when I come back on 12th?
