Where my goods is?! Tracking number RB769128028CN

Hi,
since 29/08/2013 the tracking of my orders stood still and 1 month has already gone! Tried to contact the seller but didn't get any reply.

I can just track that your item was in Hangzhou on Aug. 31st, being dispatched. It should be normally delivered. Don't worry!

" It should be normally delivered " but the problem is that every single item I have bought after this one has been arrived except this one! Seller is not getting in touch with me and his shop no longer exist!!

have you received your item yet? If not, you should go to your local post offoce for consultation now, as it seems to have been into your country customs.

No, I haven't received it. To go to post office I need a note or a reference so they can track the item. An item goes back to the headquarter when a delivery is unsuccessful and in that case they leave a note for you.
