Is there a fast train from Guangzhou to Zhongshan?

We are arriving in Guangzhou at 23.55. Is there a late train that we connect to straight after arriving in Guangzhou?
How long is the trip?
How much/ticket?

There are a lot of trains everyday. But there is no one runs so late. maybe you need to stay in Guangzhou for one night and go to Zhongshan the next day. You could check the timetable on this site.
