I'm travelling to Taiwan next week. how is the weather in taipei, cingjing and sun moon lake? are they affected by the flood?

The average temperature is around 26 to 31C during that time in Taipei. The average temperature for Cingjing and the Sun Moon Lake is around 25 to 29C and most of the days are cloudy and rainy days.
