Hi DearI'm traveling to Beijing next month. I plan to travel to China with tour and a tourist group L. Would you please say me if it is possible I go individual to others city when I have a group L.BR

No, you are required to enter and exit the Chinese border together, because it is not attached to the individual's passport. It is a paper including information of all group members. So, I don't think you can visit other cities individually.
