About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

viso to hong kong

I'm a Portuguese citizen and at the end of the year I go to hong kong and macau, then going back into hong kong past few weeks coming from Vietnam. Need visa in some of these cases?

No, you are allowed free stay in both HK and Macao for 90 days. So, it is not required.
