what is this status: RB698088955CN Arrival at inward office of exchange Lagos, NG Thu, 22 Aug 2013 09:29:00 GMT

hello,
please some help me explain this. I think this goods have reached lagos state in nigeria but it has not gotten to my state. someone explain better to me.

Yes, you are right. It has arrived at Lagos at that time. By now, it should have been in your local post office. It is suggested to go there and consult immediately.
