what is this status: RB698088955CN Arrival at inward office of exchange Lagos, NG Thu, 22 Aug 2013 09:29:00 GMT

hello,
please some help me explain this. I think this goods have reached lagos state in nigeria but it has not gotten to my state. someone explain better to me.
