About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA for Indonesia People.

Because urgent condition my business partner call me to visit them in Xianhyang city.
But I still in South Korea and imposible back home first and apply visa in Indonesia.

Could me apply Visa on Arrival in Sanghai Airport?
