As a Canadian Passport holder, what are different durations that I can apply for L visa?

Are there 60 or 90 day options available?

First of all, you should provide Thai visa or residence permit for application there. Tourist L is usually issued with 30 days only for a single entry. Actually, the consular officers have the final say to the duration based on materials you provide, such as flight tickets, hotel bookings showing your travel itineraries.
