Hi, you have to make the appointment on the appointment page. First, you should follo the instructions to finish the appointment. Then, you have to print out the appointment form. Last, bring the form, your passport and other required documents and then come to the embassy on the appointed date. I don't think that the embassy will inform you before you go there for your application.0
