About:China Visa

Z visa for Kenyans

Hi everyone,
I'm a Kenyan working in PRC.I need to change mine to a Z. I've go an agency in Beijing that can provide all the papers.So my question is,can I go to Hongkong to process it coz I really don't want to go back home coz of the inconvenience.Thanks in advance

Kelvin, it's unclear that you can apply for it in Hong Kong. According to some other people's experience, you have to go back to your country to apply for it. It's impossible in HK now. If you assign an agency to deal with it, then ask the agency if you can still do it in HK.

Hi Iris,
Thanks a lot for the info,really appreciate it.I talked to the agency but they said they can't guarantee whether or not my invitation letter will indicate that I go to HK or Kenya. coz the government makes that decision
