Can African ( Ghana)registered English teacher acquire working visa from Hong Kong or Macau

I am a registered English teacher in Ghana, I would like to know if l can acquire a Z type one from Hong Kong or Macau after being in PRC with an L. Again, I want to know into details what documents do I need before you can get it after you have entered PRC with an L.

I think it's impossible now after the new regulations take effect. You'd better apply for the Z in your country if you want to come to PRC with a Z type one.
